在dota1的背景中，恐怖利刃与敌法是兄弟关系，二人都暗恋月之女技师，但在dota2背景中，官方未从提及二人有什么关联。
除此之外，恐怖利刃对其他英雄的互动非常多：
当伐木机互为队友时会说：“伐木机，让那些树闭嘴吧，说真的，你需要帮助。Timbersaw, please shut up about the trees. Seriously, you need help.”“嘿，伐木机，快看，一棵树！嘿，呵，哈Hey Timbersaw, look out, a tree! Heyah, heh, hah.”
当与天怒法师为队友时会说：“天怒法师，你的外形让我不安Skywrath, your form disquiets me.”“天怒法师，你会成为一个多么优秀的恶魔啊Skywrath, what a fine demon you would make.”
当恐怖利刃购买撒旦之邪力会说：“撒旦之邪力，不就是我吗？”
当与末日使者为队友时会说：“来吧末日，赏这些蠢货下地狱Come Doom, these fools have hell to pay.”“末日使者，将地狱带给他们Doom, lets give them hell.”“末日使者，让我们一起打开地狱之门吧Doom, lets swing wide the gates of hell.”
当与莱恩为队友时会说：“莱恩，你不是恶魔，尽管你有恶魔的印记Lion, you are no demon, though you bare the mark.”
当与裂魂人为队友时会说：“裂魂人，你的角配得上一个恶魔Spirit Breaker, your horns are worthy of a demon.”
当与术士为队友时会说：“术士，我对你的恶魔了如指掌Warlock, I know your demon well.”
击杀术士；“术士，现在魔法师们可以从地狱召唤你了。Warlocks, now magicians can summon you from hell.”
当与影魔为队友时会说：“影魔，将地狱带给他们Shadow Fiend, lets give them hell.”
